This Seddon duplex development is designed with white rendered extrusion elements and dark rendered subtraction elements to highlight shadowclad timber elements of the facade.
The entry, located to the sides forms the center of the design, parting bedrooms, stairwell and an open living, dinner and kitchen area onto an adjoining outdoor terrace. Cool grey, white and timber tones make up the interior qualities of the dwellings, creating a bespoke minimalist architectural feel to the spaces.
