The Glen Waverley renovation is a whole house transformation, including updating bedrooms and bathrooms as well as introducing an open plan living, dining and kitchen to the dwelling. A large bifold door was also intentionally introduced to the north to bring in plenty of light making the open plan space larger than it appears.
The colour scheme of white rendered walls and a contrasting black pergola canopy blends into dark timber floor boards and white walls, giving the dwelling a clean and minimalist feel.
