Ferntree Gully Renovation

This transformation of a post war suburban home involved updating the finishes of bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as squaring off the living area and introduce an open plan living space.

The corridor, viewed upon the entry opens to a rear window looking out to the backyard, thereby connecting the internal spine of the house to external.

With windows situated to draw in natural light and heat, combined with a simplistic interior pallet of white fixtures and joinery and contrasted with dark carpets, floorboards and floor tiles, evokes a luxurious and yet minimalist feel to the spaces.
