The Seddon residence, designed and built by Strength Group, it is a testament to experimental open plan design using precast concrete construction. Home to one of the Co-founder’s of Strength Gruop, the front facade embraces the concept of strength through angled asymmetrical, the black eyebrow accent and the bold use of precast.
Upon entry, visitors are greeted to an unobstructed open space with a staircase ascending to bedrooms upstairs as well as downstairs to the basement.
The highlights of the dwelling are the lap pool adjoining the dining area bringing in blue filtered light into the space as well as the bar like space of the basement, with its street artwork and fun ambience.
