The ground floor houses six commercial tenancies whilst the four stories above are apartments. The corner site orientation allows the opportunity for a modern architectural form, with ground floor shopfront glazing and material articulation. With dominant black attributes, hanging gardens and a prominent street art piece, this creates an urban interest and intent to improve the overall streetscape. The design furthers Springvale’s architectural identity by presenting an architecture that is aesthetic and unique, as well as provide amenity to its surrounding context.
