Located in Springvale, this four-storey mixed-use building comprises of medical centre suites along the ground level and a range of residential apartments on the above three levels. It is further supported by ground level and basement car parking.
The corner site orientation allows the opportunity for an unconstrained modern architectural form, with ground floor shopfront glazing and material articulation drawing patrons into the building. The building create a real sense of depth and perspective with dominant black elements and is softened through hanging gardens and a prominent art mural placed prominently near its entry. All this is done to create interest and to improve the overall streetscape of the up and coming Springvale activity centre.
