He is also a Registered Architect and Registered Domestic and Commercial Builder.

Mark Rapa

Construction Director and Co-Founder

With over 25 years experience in Construction, starting his career as a hands on Carpenter, Mark brings a wealth of knowledge to our team and oversees both Residential and Commercial Construction. Mark is also a Registered Domestic and Commercial Builder.

Selin Aydin

Practice Manager

With over 10 years experience in the industry, Selin oversees the administration of our business systems and is also the client liaison for our design and construction projects.

Kenneth Gatt

Head Of Design

With over 25 years experience as a designer and documentor, Ken has worked for many large and reputable firms and as a head of design, prior to joining Strength Group. He is also a registered Architectural Draftsperson.

Rory O'Flaherty

Construction Manager

With over 20 years experience as both a carpenter and site manager, Rory oversees the delivery of Strength Group’s large scale residential and commercial projects. He is also a Registered Domestic Builder.

Stephen Wisby

Construction Manager

With over 20 years experience and a background as a qualified carpenter, Stephen manages all small scale residential and commercial projects.

Sohaeb Chendeb

Construction Project Manager

Sohaeb has extensive experience managing multiple construction projects within Greater Melbourne area. He coordinates the construction process from start to finish keeping all stakeholders of the project informed and ensures transparency throughout.

Faize Rohani

Construction Estimator

Faize has an impressive background as a Project Manager and Supervisor that has allowed him to work on several successful Construction projects. At Strength Group, he oversees preparing and delivering estimates for the cost of materials, labour and equipment needed for our projects.

Leisha is in charge of all our Marketing requirements here at Strength Group. Her creative skills involve blog writing, social media management, PR, photography, videography, EDM's and website development.
